Who is this Sprint for?
The Career Pivot Sprint is designed for professionals with at least 10 years of experience who are considering a career pivot, actively navigating one, or seeking more structure and support in their job search. If you're ready for a change but aren't sure how to move forward, this Sprint is built for you.
What if I decide after the Sprint that I want one-on-one support with my career pivot or job search?
Absolutely. If you decide you want additional one-on-one support after completing the Sprint, the full amount you paid for the Career Pivot Sprint will be credited toward the individual support tier you choose.
What if I miss a session?
We understand life happens. All sessions will be recorded and made available to enrolled participants. That said, active participation leads to the best outcomes, and we encourage you to attend live whenever possible to get the full benefit of the Sprint.
Is there work to do between sessions?
Yes. This is a hands-on Sprint designed for real results, not passive listening. You’ll have short, actionable assignments between sessions to help you clarify your direction, sharpen your positioning, and build momentum. Success depends largely on taking action — and we’re here to support you every step of the way.
How long does it take to pivot careers?
It varies because each situation is different. Once the right types of opportunities are identified, we typically see the process take anywhere from 90 days to 9 months. Most land somewhere within that range. The best time to have started was a few months ago if you are ready to make a move — the second-best time is now.
